Natural Hair Rockss offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By purchasing our products, you grant "Natural Hair Rockss" the legal rights to use, repurpose, and modify your content, as well as any content that has been modified using our product.


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as follows:



RETURNS AND EXCHANGE


Our goal is to make sure that our customers are completely happy with their order and experience. To guarantee that our clients receive only the best protective styling units, we uphold an extremely high standard of quality control.


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, however, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms:


 - Still have an original package intact 

 -Must not  be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, coloured or bleached)

- Must not be worn 


Kindly note the following: 


- For exchange, please email info@naturalhairrockss.com with the subject line 

"Return: [Your Order No. Here]" and attach your invoice.


- Allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange 


- You are eligible for an exchange within 24/48 hours after you receive your package 

(if it exceeds this timing, we will not be able to offer an exchange).


- Clearance items are 'Final Sale' and cannot be returned or exchanged 


- You will cover the cost of shipping your item back to us and the cost of shipping your order from our warehouse to you, please kindly note that Natural Hair Rockss will not be covering any shipping costs on your behalf 


We are unable to provide cash refunds because of the sanitary nature of our items. 

Delivery fees paid during the initial delivery will not be refunded by us.



SHIPPING


We strive to ensure that you receive your products on time, but please be aware that our wigs are handcrafted by our local hair stylists, so things might change radically and quickly. 


Please take note of the following 


- We offer global shipping 


- Processing takes 3-5 business days.


- Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days after processing


- Expedite shipping takes 4-8 business days after processing 


- We use DHL for expedite and FedEx for standard shipping, you may be required to paid custom duties depending on your country 


- Please ensure that you have filled in a valid address, phone number, email address so we can contact you on delivery.


- For delivery in Nigeria, standard shipping takes 2-10 business days and expedite is next day


- We strongly advise that you do not refuse your order as you will be required to pay an additional fee for shipping


CANCELLATION 


Please note, once an order is placed, there are no cancellations as orders are processed immediately.
